Cold Hold (41 F/45F) Refrigerator was found to be holding high temperatures. Temperatures range from 58.9 to 60 degrees F. All food was removed in to another cooler since it had been recently prepared. Refrigerator will be replaced and will be used for uncut fruits and vegetables.
Toxic Items Properly Labeled/Stored/Used Sanitation levels were found to be above 200 PPM.
