Cross-contamination of Raw/cooked foods/Other Observed that raw eggs were stored above ready to eat food items. All potentially hazardous foods must be stored below ready to eat food items in order to prevent possible contamination. This was corrected by employee by removing eggs and storing below ready to eat food items.

Handwashing Facilities With Soap and Towels Observed that hand wash sinks in kitchen and in boy's restroom did not have paper towels provided to them. All hand wash sinks must be provided with paper towels at all times in order to promote proper hand washing. This will be corrected by manager.
