No Evidence of Insect Contamination "Take steps needed to ensure that insects are not in establishment to prevent possible contamination of food. Observed gnats throughout establishment, but mostly in bar area."
Toxic Items Properly Labeled/Stored/Used Ensure that all chemicals are labeled with their content and stored separately from all foods and food contact surfaces. Observed unlabeled chemical that was said to be all purpose cleaner next to food being prepped.
