No evidence of Rodents/Other Animals "Observed rodent droppings next to the hot water heater in the kitchen area. The presence of insects rodents and other pest shall be controlled to minimize their presence within the physical facility and its content, and on the contiguous land or property under the control of the permit holder. The rodent droppings were cleaned during the inspection. Management was instructed to increase pest control service. Management failed to provide the last pest control receipt."
Thermometers Provided/Accurate/Properly Calibrated (2C) "Observed a missing thermometer in the reach in cooler storing milk and raw meat. Any cooler holding potentially hazardous foods such as milk and raw meat must be equipped with a working thermometer. No substitute thermometer was available at the time of inspection. As a result, the issue was not corrected on site. Also observed a missing probe thermometer. Obtain the food temperature measuring device to ensure proper cooking temperatures are being utilized and to prevent foodborne illness. No probe thermometer was on site. "
Food Establishment Permit New owner was observed operating a food establishment and serving food to consumers without a current food permit. A current food permit is required to serve food in Harris County. Obtain the necessary food permit to comply with regulations.
