Observed unprotected raw pork stored in the walk-in freezer in meat department. 2. Properly store and separate all raw animal foods from one another according to appropriate cooking temperatures. Observed raw pork, chicken, and beef stored next to each other on middle shelf and above raw pork in the walk-in cooler in meat department."
