Handwashing Facilities Adequate and Accessible Keep hand wash sinks open and unblocked at all times to allow for hand washing on demand. Observed some tubs inside the hand wash sink and large bulk tub in front of the same hand wash sink by the dish wash sink. All the noted items were removed from the hand wash sink to allow access and violation corrected on site.
Toxic Items Properly Labeled/Stored/Used "Use sanitizer at a concentration not to reach toxic levels and provide labels on containers used for chemical storage to prevent chemical contamination and chemical identification controls. Observed a spray bottle of quaternary ammonia sanitizer on a kitchen table shelf at a concentration >200PPM, and an unlabeled spray bottle of glass cleaner on the front counter. Both observed violations were corrected on site- sanitizer was changed to 200 PPM and the chemical spray bottle labeled. "
