Observed spring rolls at 65F, sprouts at 54F, & raw steak at 50F at room temperature since 1100 hours. Per PIC, these items are placed at room temperature for convenience during lunch rush hours. Establishment educated on this unsanitary practice; corrective action requested but not observed"
