Ensure all hand sinks provide running water in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit in order to maintain proper hand washing procedures. Management informed me that the sink would be repaired today.

Chemical sanitizer should be used in the proper concentration in order to properly sanitize all wares. Instructed management to add bleach to the bucket in order to achieve an adequate concentration for sanitization.
