Management stated the rice had been pulled from the walk in cooler 90 minutes prior. Corrective action: rice was moved to cooler to lower temperature.
Handwashing Facilities With Soap and Towels Hand wash facilities must be equipped with soap at all times to promote good hand wash technique. Observed soap missing from hand sink near front entrance. Management provided soap on site.
Toxic Items Properly Labeled/Stored/Used Label all toxic chemicals. Store all toxic chemicals separate and below food and food items to prevent contamination. Observed oven cleaner and spray bottle cleaner stored next to bagged rice below food prep table. Management moved items on site.
Food Contact Surfaces of Equipment and Utensils Cleaned/Sanitized Food contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Observed slime buildup on the interior food contact surfaces of soda nozzles in drink prep area. Observed slime buildup on the interior food contact surface of ice machine. Observed food residues on pans in clean dish racks. Observed food residue on the food contact surfaces of handled utensils stored on the clean dish racks near grill station. All soiled items were removed to be washed and sanitized properly on site.
