Thermometers Provided/Accurate/Properly Calibrated (2C) Provide an accurate thermometer for the sandwich reach in cooler. Observed red spirits in thermometer separated making it inaccurate. Provide a stem thermometer so the employees can monitor the hot and cold potentially hazardous food temperatures.
