    Thermometer is needed in white fridge on right side.
  • Roasts held at a temperature of 130°F or above
    Fridge on right side is holding cottage cheese at 45F and bean salad at 50F, shall be 41F or below. The fridge was turned down to a colder temp and in an hour if that does not correct the temperature transfer the food to the other fridge and have someone look at it.
