    Observed the hand sink in kitchen area not draining the grey water.
  • Person in charge is present
    Observed upon conversation with Cong Nguyen that no one in the facility was in charge. Cong noted that he was not in charge. Inspector noted that someone needed to be in charge at all times in the facility.
