Observation: Bevrage (sprite) stored on the floor in storage area. All food in package containers must be stored 6"( inches) above the floor. Corrected!

Observation: Hands soap "Mellon" stored on shelf above ready to eat food. All chemicals must be stored separated all the time from food and food contact surface.Stored under or separate.

Observation: Dented cans of green beans found on shelf. Must discard any can that is dented on top, bottom or side seal to protect the integrity of the contents so that the food is not exposed to adulteration or potential contamination.
- Physical facilities maintained in good repair
Observation: Paint peeling off wall in men restroom. All physical facilities must be in good repair make necessary repairs with durable wall material to prevent further wall damage. --Observation: 1) Missing the tiles around the toilet in the men's restroom and women RR. Need to replace to make smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent. 2) Coving is peeling off the wall the men's RR (wall/floor juncture). Need to replace to make smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent.
- Ventilation hood system and filters designed to be cleanable, prevent dripping, and are adequate to prevent grease or condensation from collecting on walls and ceilings
Observation: Vent fans in both restrooms do not appear to be functioning. Vent fans are necessary to keep rooms free of excessive heat, steam, vapors or obnoxious odors. Mechanical ventilation shall be functioning and ultized.

Packaged jerky treats on floor. Food shall be protected being up 6" off the floor to prevent contamination and for cleaning purposes. CORRECTED!

There were no papertowels in the mens RR. A handwashing sink shall be provided with disposable towels. CORRECTED!

Power drink was stored next to toilet bowl cleaner. Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored or separated to prevent contamination of food. CORRECTED!

Found (3) dented cans of Pork n beans, (2) cans of tomato sauce and (1) can of Spanish rice. Torn bag of dog food noted. Either discard or send back for credit. CORRECTED!

Torn gasket on right door of left reach-in cooler. Not considered smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent.

1.Area around the toilet in the men's RR is missing tile. Shall replace to make smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent. (Repeat violation). 2. Coving is peeling off the wall in both the men's and women's RR (wall/floor juncture).
