    Observation: Large containers of rice (6 inches deep) cooling at room temp. Corrected by changing containers and refrigerating.

    Observation: Cooked duck is purchased from a local restaurant and reheated and served to customers. Duck will not be served and will be purchased from an approved vendor.

  • Food temperature measuring devices are provided and readily accessible
    Thermometers not present in each cold hold unit. Need a thin tip probe thermometer to check cooking and hot and cold temperatures of food.

I've been going here for years and I just experienced the most awful service from them. I took the food back which was a bunch of noodles and they wouldn't give me a refund or replace with what I wanted. I will never order from them again
