Observation: The facility did not have a sick policy. I provided a sick policy and the person in charge stated she would place it into protocol.
Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitation - temp, pH, concentration, and hardness Observation: The facility was not using a sanitizer in the third hole in the sink. The owner stated she would make sure employees used sanitizer in the third hole of the sink.
