Observation: The doors have to be kept shut on the establishment or the door re-installed on the entrance to the kitchen. An air current does not meet the requirement. There are flies in the kitchen.

Observation:Chili in crockpot is 94F - has been in unit 1 1/2 hrs - reheat food to 165F before placing into crockpot - they do not reheat food fast enough. Food is being reheated properly.Corrected

Observation: Employees (kitchen staff and bartenders) shall wash hands after smoking.
- Food temperature measuring devices are provided and readily accessible
Observation:Metal stem thermometer is needed to check temp of food. Thermometer was provided by inspector at time of inspection. Also take the cover off of the thermometer before taking a temperature.
