    Observation:In grey warming box chicken nuggets 101F, ham 130F, chicken wings 109F, the food will be reheated and placed back in unit. They will monitor to see if it is working. On the front hot holding unit the burgers are 118F and 125F, gravys 125F - they will reheat and place in another unit.
  • Raw animal foods separated from each other during storage, separation, holding, and display
    Observation: Raw chicken found above raw pork in walk-in. Foods were moved to proper area.
  • PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
    Observation: Butter patties on salad bar but not in it 66F - shall be 41F or below. They will be placed in well.
  • Food is properly labeled
    Observation: Food available for customer self service shall have ingredients on them - labels have been ordered
  • Separation from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single service
    Observation: Store sternos on the bottom shelf and not over food equipment. Corrected
