Observation: Didn't have thermometer inside of the milk cooler in dinning room. Must provide thermometer to ensure adequate temperature is maintained.

1) Butcher block prep table in kitchen has several cracks in between boards making surface no longer smooth, easily cleanable, and nonabsorbent. Must repair or replace table to make surface smooth, easily cleanable, and nonabsorbent. Also Hobart freezer in dining area #6 has a torn door gasket. Must replace gasket to ensure adequate temp is maintained. 2) Observed several knives that had deep gashes in handles. Must not use any utensil that is not in good working order to prevent contamination and buildup of bacteria. Utensils discarded at time of inspection. Corrected at time of inspection
