    Observation:Sliced tomatoes holding on prep cart at 47*. Tomatoes were placed back in walk-in cooler at time of inspection. Inspector also discussed prep procedures with PIC.

    Observation:Pre-cooked chicken thawing at room temperature. Move to walk-in cooler at time of inspection.
