    Observation: refrigeration unit not working. Was turned down and will monitor and have repaired if needed. Will not use until working properly.
  • Hand drying provided
    Observation: no paper towels at handaink--says they don't use kitchen hand sink.
  • Equipment and utensils are adequately rinsed after washing
    Observation: dishes are not being rinsed before sanitizing.
