Observation: Display cooler holding chicken salad and meat sub sandwiches 50-54 degrees. Thermometer in unit reading 50 degrees. Staff states sandwiches prepared 11:30, temp taken 2:30. Repeat violation. Cooler needs to be taken out of service until running properly. Corrected on site by discard.

Observation: Soft serve ice cream mix holding at 52 degrees. Corrected on site by discard and service professional to be called on machine. Ham on sandwich make table holding at 45.2 degrees. Corrected on site by discarding all temperature control for safety products from make table and person in charge called for service.

Observation: Sandwich make table ready to eat food, temperature control for safety products, were incorrectly date marked. Had a freeze date of 9/9 only. Previously frozen and thawed, but no date mark to indicate thaw date or expiration. Corrected on site by discard.

Observation: Person in charge could not provide written policy on diarrhea and vomit clean up.
