    Observation: no temperature measuring device in hot and cold holding equipment. thermometers have been ordered today.
  • Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
    Observation: containers of pancake mix and opened bags of popcorn stored directly on the floor. corrected by placing items on shelving.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observation: no test strips available to test concentration of sanitizer solution. test strips have been ordered today.
  • Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance
    Observation: no designated handwashing sink available for kitchen employees. corrected by designating a sink in the kitchen for handwashing, will be equipped with a sign, soap, and paper towels.
  • Cleaning frequency of food contact surfaces (non-PHF/TCS)
    Observation: ice machine soiled with mold accumulation. corrected by turning off and cleaning during inspection.
  • Rodent bait stations
    Observation: open rodent traps in kitchen area. corrected by removing.
