      Dishmachine is putting out Quat sanitizer at 100ppm should be 200 ppm. Mgr is to call EcoLab to have it adjusted.

      Gaps under or around exterior door--back door shows daylight through it. The door needs to be sealed to prevent entrance of pests.

      Walk in freezer has buildup of frost on it. This needs to be defrosted to prevent contamination.
