    Observation: Floor grout lines by three compartment sink are worn away and trapping water creating a difficult to clean surface. Grout requires repair. --Observation: Rear prep area requires a more thorough cleaning near, under three compartment sink.

    Whipped cream labeled keep refrigerated in a cool crock (which was warm) measured 68.0 degrees. Maximum allowable temperature is 41 degrees. Corrected at time of inspection
