Observation:Has pooling soiled water to right of mop sink, clean.
- Drying mops
Observation:Has wet mop resting in bottom of mop sink, must hang to allow to air dry, does have hooks over sink area, corrected now.
- Miscellaneous sources of contamination
Observation:Uncovered box of bread in walk in freezer, keep plastic wrap covering items to prevent contamination while in walk in freezer.
- Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
Observation:Out of chlorine test strips, does have on order, warewashing sink is at proper concentration now with new water in third compartment.

Observation:Does not have most recent inspection posted, must post within public view.

- Plumbing system repaired according to law
Rinse sink of warewashing has broken seal, replacement is on order, using faucet to rinse items until able to submerge.
- Multiuse food contact surfaces are constructed of safe materials
Has small utensils and thermometers resting on cloth towel in storage container, replace with plastic liner, cloth not a smooth, cleanable surface for storage of items.
- Air drying of equipment and utensils
1) Stacking wet containers, must let washed items fully air dry before stacking, corrected on site. 2) Ran out of test strips, has more on order and will borrow from another location today to check concentration of sanitizer.
- Sanitizers
1) Sanitizer in excess of required concentration, about 200 ppm today in three compartment sink, remade sink and now at 50 ppm. 2) Dishsoap not labeled in squeeze bottle, labeled now with common name. Both corrected on site.
- Handwashing signage
Need signage in RR's directing staff to wash hands before return to work, given examples today.
