    Observation:In the server cooler on the top shelf an open container.
  • Identifying information-original container
    Observation:Bleach sanitizer bottles were not properly labled.
  • equipment food contact surfaces and utensils clean to sight and touch.
    Observation:Can opener had minimal build up in the mechanics of the opener. This item was re-washed and scrubbed.
  • Preventing contamination from equipment, utensils, and linens
    Observation:Some build up in the ice machine located adjacent to the dish room.
  • Food temperature measuring devices are accurate to ±1°C or ±2°F in the intended range of use
    Observation:Food temped high at 45 degrees in the pizza topping area ready for service. The manager turned down the thermoneter and food now tempts at 38 degrees.
  • Miscellaneous sources of contamination
    Observation:Walk in freezer has condensation build up and dripping down onto boxes. Management states continue to work with Corprate to fix the issue.
