Food is stored on the floor of the walkin cooler and walkin freezer. All food needs to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

Large bin of flour is not labeled. All food, not easily identifiable, that is removed from the original contianer needs to be labeled with the common name.
- Approved Source/Sound Condition (Sound condition: disposition of ready-to-eat foods 3-501.18, p 85)
Taco meat in the walkin cooler dated 8/11, potato salad 7/22, cajun 7/22. Food may only be held for 7 days from the date of preparation. If the dates are correct, this food must be discarded.
- Plumbing/Water/Sewage

Need to post a sign at the handwashing sink that notifies employees they must wash their hands.
- Facility/Equipment Requirements

Need to provide a thermometer in the reachin cooler at the bar that is holding food items.

Single serve items are stored on the floor of the basement. All single serve items need to be stored off the floor.

The covers on both kitchen fans have dusty buildup. Need to clean the covers to prevent the dust from blowing onto food or clean dishes.

There is a large gap under the screen door in the kitchen. Need to realign the door so it seals tightly to prevent the entry of pests or insects.
