Roasts held at a temperature of 130°F or above Coke cooler was temped @ 90*F. Cooler is only used for beverages at time of inspection. May not use cooler for any other purpose, unless cooler has been approved by the Health Dept. for use again. Cooler must be able to maintain 41*F or below for storage of potentially hazardous food.
