Observation: Under counter refrigerator holding cut tomatoes dated 5-5-15 at 50 degrees. Everything was removed and placed in walk in cooler.

Observation: Meatballs in hot well holding at 106 degrees in the center on the top of the container. Everything was reheated in the microwave to 165 at time of inspection.
