Front cooler is reading too warm. Needs to be kept at 41° or less at all times.
- Design and construction of equipment including
hot oil filtering equipment, can openers, non-food contact surfaces, kick plates, ventilation hood systems filters, bearings and gear boxes, and condenser units
- Multiuse food contact surfaces are constructed of safe materials
Veggie cutting board needs to be replaced. Surface is rough, making it hard to clean.
