Non Illness Complaint
Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean Observation: 1)Floor in walk-in freezer not clean. Clean as needed. 2)Floor drain have heavy grease buildup and food debris inside of the floor sink in drive thru. Must have deep cleaning to prevent contamination.
Cleaning frequency of food contact surfaces (PHF/TCS) Observation: All plastic containers or buckets which are holding dry food and condiment have food buildup on the surfaces. Must clean more frequently to prevent contamination.

Routine
equipment food contact surfaces and utensils clean to sight and touch. Floor sink by drive thru had debris and standing water. Cabinet under pop machine needs to be clean. Non food contact surfaces must be clean to sight or touch. Clean out and maintain cleaning at a frequecy to prevent future issues.
Ventilation hood system and filters designed to be cleanable, prevent dripping, and are adequate to prevent grease or condensation from collecting on walls and ceilings Vent fans in men's and women's RR do not appear to be functioning. All RR must have a working ventilation system. Make repairs as needed.
