There are no datemarks on several items in walk in cooler. Once opened or stored, date to discard after 7 days.

There are several boxes stored on the floor in walk in freezer. In back store room, there are potatoes rice, and rolls stored directly on floor. These shsould all be stored 6" off floor at all times. REPEAT VIOLATION.

There are numerous areas throughout this kitchen which need cleaned. All slide door coolers have food debris in grates. Microwave needs cleaned. After in center of kitchen directly below stoves has a great deal of debris built up. Dry ingredient bins are dirty. Fans in walk in cooler are filthy. These areas shall be cleaned within one week. A follow up inspection of these areas will be conducted.

Floor of walk in cooler near cooking area is in poor condition. The floor has a uildup of food debris and the surface is no longer smooth and cleanable. Have this replaced.

Dish machine is not putting out a readable amount of sanitizer. Chemical provider was contacted during inspection.

Handsink in kitchen did not have usable soap provided. Employees were using sanitizing wipes to wash hands. This is not adequate.

Ice machine has slimy buildup in it. Pop nozzles are sticky and need cleaned. Pop guns at bar need cleaned.

Bins that hold rice and flour were filty. Stove top has thick grease buildup that needs cleaned. Microwaves need cleaned. Utensil drawers have thick buildup in them and need cleaned. Floor of walk in cooler needs cleaned--there is food accumulation on floor.

A lot of food was stored on the floor indry storage as well as inthe walk in freezer. Single service was stored on the floor as well. Single service is to be considered the same as food--but must be 6" off the floor.

Food contact surgaces not clean to sight or touch. Pop nozz;es have a sticky buildup on the outside of them. These must be cleaned periodically.

Throughout the kitchen there needs to be cleaning done. The bottom of the standup freezer has food on the bottom. Fans in walk in cooler have thick dust buildup. The mmicrowave is dirty.
