JCDH 2.2 Provide food safety training for all food handlers as required. No one on staff has a current food Handler card.
3-501.16 Maintain potentially hazardous food at 41 F or below. Milk 45F, sandwiches 49F stored inside the display cooler. PHF out of temperature removed from customer access at this time.
