4-601.11 Clean bottom of RI cooler. Bar reach in cooler has broken glass. 4-601.11 Clean shelves and bottoms of refrigerator and freezer. Reach in freezer has heavy build up.
6-501.12 Clean facilities (floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, etc.) as often as necessary to maintain cleanliness. Walk in freezer has heavy ice build up on walls, doors and condensor fan box. Take measures to remove buildup.
