JCDH 2.1 Register all Certified Food Safety Managers with JCDH and maintain the appropriate card in a readily accessible location. Serv Safe Certificate available however employee did not have JCDH managers card nor food handlers card.
JCDH 2.2 Provide readily available documentation of food safety training for all employees at all hours of operation. Employee on duty preparing food without food handlers card at this facility.

Facility has added homemade chicken salad to menu. Facility does not have walk in cooler. Kitchen staff stated that chicken breast are cooled using ice method. EHS will follow up.
