The traditional mop sink has been removed. The owner is in the process of installing a new floor mounted mop service basin. A City of Birmingham building inspection permit was present, the city plumbing inspectors last visit was on 07-19-11.

I discussed with the owner the JCDH application and the requirements for for plan review for his new kitchen. He will submit plans for review and approval from JCDH before construction begins.
