    Observation: The chlorine sanitizer is not being used according to EPA registed label use instructions and is at 50 PPM.
    Correction: Provide training to employees on proper use and concentration of sanitizer or repair or adjust warewashing equipment to provide proper sanitizer concentration.

    Observation: Excessive cardboard beverage tray waste was stored in basement. Owner provides trays to greenhouse.
    Correction: Provide additional receptacles or have garbage service empty receptacles on a more frequent schedule. Told owner to make monthly cardboard deliveries to greenhouse company to minimize waste left on site.
