KDA_3_30211A1a - --In the refrigerator next to the handsink there was a plastic container of cut tomatoes and peppers being stored in between a container of raw bacon and a container of raw beef patties. COS-rearranged items. (Note: no leakage detected and all containers had lids sealed tightly). In the Hotpoint refrigerator there was a carton of raw hard shell eggs being stored directly over raw ready to eat onions. COS-rearranged items. (Note: no leakage detected).
KDA_3_50113A - --There was a plastic food grade container of cooked taco meat thawing on the counter. The product was still frozen. COS-placed in a refrigerator. There was a metal container with two bags of prime rib thawing on top of a reach in freezer. The products were still frozen. COS-placed in a refrigerator.
KDA_3_50118A1 - --In the bar True RIC 1 there was a gallon of milk with a best buy date of 10/22/15. COS-discarded.
KDA_3_50118A2 - --In the refrigerator (next to the handsink) there was a plastic container of taco meat without a date. The person in charge said it was made on 10/26/15. There was a plastic bowl of sliced ham wrapped in aluminum foil without a date. The PIC said it was cut on 10/27/15. In the Hotpoint refrigerator there was a container of Aujus (made on site) without a date. The PIC said it was made on 10/24/15. There was a plastic container of refried beans and a crock pot of chili without dates. The PIC said they were both made on 10/26/15. In the bar True RIC 1 there was a gallon of milk opened and without a date. An employee said it was opened on 10/27/15. In the bar True RIC 2 there was a container of tomato juice without a date. An employee said it was opened on 10/26/15. COS-all items were date marked correctly.
KDA_4_30212A - --There was no food thermometer available at the time of the inspection. COS-the PIC went and bought one.
KDA_4_50111A - --The handle to the green General Electric reach in freezer is broken.
KDA_4_60111A - --On the utensil rack there were 2 small plastic food grade containers with food residue left on the outside/inside stacked together and stored clean. COS-moved to the ware wash area. In the Pepsi RIC there was a large plastic food grade container being used to hold cut lettuce and a sticker was left on the outside of the container (can hold bacteria). COS-placed the cut lettuce in a new container. In a plastic tub there was one metal tong and one metal spatula with food debris left on the food contact surfaces and stored clean. COS-moved to the ware wash area.
KDA_4_60111C - --There is grease drops pooling along the edge of the oven hood. There is grease/dust build up on the inside of the oven hood.
KDA_4_60212B - --There is food debris on the inside of the microwave. The outside of the microwave has food residue on the handle and buttons.
KDA_4_90311A - --In the back storage room there was one box of single use napkins being stored directly on the floor.
KDA_6_20211A - --The light fixture in the oven hood does not have a protective cover. The light fixture in the storage room does not have a protective cover.
KDA_6_30111 - --The handsink in the kitchen and at the bar did not have hand soap available at the time of the inspection. COS-placed hand soap at both sinks.
