KDA_3_50116A1 - --On the counter there was a case warmer with sausage links at 114.8F and 125.0F. The cook said she put them out the right side at 6:00am and the left side around 7:00am. COS-discarded. In the other case warmer there was an egg flat at 94.5F and placed in the unit around 7:30am. COS-reheated the eggs to 165F. In both display warmers the food was on a metal rack (not in direct contact with the metal containers in the warmer). Discussed with the employees about placing the food in direct contact with the warmer.
KDA_6_501111A - --There are approximately 5-10 live flies in the kitchen around the ware wash area. The establishment does have monthly pest control.
KDA_7_30111B - --In the pantry area on a shelf, there were 2 cans of hair spray being stored directly above 4 packs of popcorn. COS-rearranged items.
