- KDA_7_20612 - --Packets of rodent bait in the cabinet space under the handsink. The rodent bait packets were not into a protective bait station.
- KDA_Defacto - --An opened package of ready to eat sausage was in the RIC without an opened package date. PIC stated the sausage was a personal item. --No hot holding of any foods at the time of this inspection. --PIC provided a test kit for the use of chlorine. --RIC ,Raw beef 37F. --The toilet is located in the adjacent vacant establishment next door.
