KDA_4_50111B - --There are two under counter RIC in the cooking area with broken cracked gaskets on the doors. The chest RIF in the cooking area has a broken cracked door and black sticky debris on the exterior. The ice machine lid has broken cracked gaskets.

KDA_4_60111A - --Located in the drawer for clean utensils, there were 2 scoops with food debris inside the food surface area. COS. Items were placed at dish area to be washed.
