KDA_3_50118A1 - --In the walk in cooler, there was a plastic bag of lettuce salad that did not have a date on it. COS- lettuce was discarded.
KDA_3_50118A2 - --In the walk in cooler, there was a gallon of milk with out a date mark. Person in charge said it was opened on Saturday. COS- milk was dated with correct date.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --Stored on a shelf are two round plastic containers that are pitted. COS-Person in charge said they will not use for food.
KDA_4_20216 - --There was a knife block storing ten knifes and a pair of kitchen shears. COS-knifes were removed from knife block.

In a plastic container stored as clean were four metal tongs and one green rubber spatula that had dried on food debris and grease on them. Person in charge said they will be cleaned on Friday night when they have kitchen help. On a shelf, stored as clean was a white measuring cup with an accumulation of debris.
