KDA_3_10111 - --Raw fish was in ROP without an opening in the ROP. PIC stated the raw fish was taken out of the freezer since 9PM on 9-13-15, less than 24 hours. COS, all ROP of raw fish was opened.
KDA_5_20511B - --Food measurement container was handsink in the food prep area. A blue bucket with sanitizer was stored in a handsink behind the bar. COS, items removed.
KDA_7_10211 - --A blue bucket with clear liquid was in a handsink behind the bar. PIC stated the liquid was sanitizer. COS, chemical labeled.
