Corrected on site (COS)- moved to wash area. Located in a drawer under a table in front of the walk in cooler (WIC), there was one metal spoon stored as clean that was soiled with dried food debris. COS- moved to wash area.
- KDA_4_60111C - --There is dust on the fan guards of the WIC. There is mold on the seals of the Hobart RIC.
- KDA_4_70211 - --The hot water warewash machine had a plate level temperature of 154.2 after two trays of dishes had already been sent through. After running the thermometer through two more times, the temperature was at 160.0F. COS- rewashed the two trays of dishes.
- KDA_7_20111A - --Located on a shelf under the prep table behind the serving line, there were two bottles of sanitizer stored next to a box of bun pan bags. COS- separated.
