- KDA_5_20212A - --Hot water 55 F both handsinks in the food prep area. Hot water 55F at the handsinks in the toilet rooms. A repair technician came out to adjust the hot water 107F at the handsink in the chicken prep area. The handsink in the area of the food prep line does not maintain hot water 100F or greater.
- KDA_5_20515B - --The repair technician stated the hot water problem is due to a water mixing valve that needs to be replace to maintain the hot water at the handsinks. A water leaking from the water lines under the once compartment sink.
