KDA_3_10111 - --In the RIC (below MT 1) there was a plastic food grade container of cooked beef and shrimp. An employee did not know when it was made. COS-discarded. KDA_3_30212 - --There was a spray bottle with yellow liquid being stored on the door handle to the stove. It was not labeled and an employee said it was cooking oil. COS-labeled bottle. KDA_3_30412B - --On the dry food storage rack, there was a small round metal bowl being stored in direct contact with rice that was stored in a round red plastic bowl. COS-removed the metal bowl. KDA_3_50113B - --There were 2 packages of raw beef muscle thawing at room temperature in the tall 3 compartment sink without running water to help thaw the product. COS-an employee placed the meat back into the freezer and will thaw later. KDA_3_50116A1 - --At the steam table there was a plastic food grade container of mexican rice at 127.9F. It was placed in the unit around 10:50am and was tempted around 11:05am. COS-reheated the rice in the microwave to 165F. KDA_3_50116A2 - --In the glass door RIC there was Lala whole milk at 49.3F, 48.5F, 51.5F and 51.6F. There were packages of El Mexicano Cotija grated skim milk cheese at 48.0F, 46.4F, 47.8F, 46.3F, 47.2F, 44.5F, 43.9F, 44.7F, 44.8F, 45.0F and 47.3F. There were of packages of El Mexicano melted cheese at 45.1F, 44.0F and 44.0F. KDA_4_10111A - --In the WIC, there was a large non-food grade plastic Sterilite container in direct contact with bread. COS-placed bread in food grade bags. KDA_4_20211A2 - --On the utensil rack there was one rubber spatula with deep cracks along the edges (not easy to clean). COS-the PIC trimmed the edges smooth. KDA_4_30111 - --The glass door RIC ambient air temperature is reading 42.8F. KDA_4_60111A - --On the utensil rack there was one metal slotted spoon with dried food debris on the food contact surface side and stored clean. The metal produce slicer/chopper had dried food debris on the blades and was not used today. COS-moved both items to the ware wash area. KDA_5_10311B - --The handsinks in the kitchen are reading 80.0F and 78.2F. The 3 compartment sinks are reading 79.6F and 79.1F. The hot water tank broke on 8/18/15 in the evening.
