KDA_3_50118A2 - --In the WIC, there was a plastic food grade container of cut salad without a date. The person in charge said it was opened yesterday morning (past 24 hours). COS-date marked the item.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --On the utensil rack above the 3 compartment sink there was one square plastic lid and one large rectangle plastic lid with cracks and a broken edge. COS-discarded.
KDA_4_60111A - --The large can opener connected to the metal prep table had dried food debris on the blade and it was not used today. COS-moved to the ware wash area. On the utensil rack above the 3 compartment sink there were 9 square plastic food grade lids, 7 medium rectangle plastic lids and 3 large rectangle plastic lids with dried food debris build up and sticky residue on them and stored clean. There were also 6 (1/6) square plastic food grade containers and 7 (1/3) plastic food grade containers with dried food debris build up and sticky residue and stored clean. COS-moved all of the items to the ware wash area.
KDA_4_60111C - --There is minor dust build up on the hood filters above the pizza oven. There is dust build up on the fan blowers in the walk in cooler.
