KDA_3_40311D - --On the steam well there was a round metal container of ham and beans at 81.0F. The kitchen manager said he reheated it by using the steam table at 6:00am and the food was tempted around 9:00am (past 2 hours). COS-educated about reheating methods and discarded the item.

The large mixer had dried food debris on the metal frame where the whisk is inserted. The large meat slicer also had dried food debris on the blade. The kitchen manager said he does not use them.
