KDA_3_50119B2 - --(6) hot sandwiches were held in the hot cabinet and holding under TPHC per the PIC. The items were not marked for time. Per the employee that initially heated the items and placed them in the unit they were heated at 11:00 am. Current time is 12:00 pm. COS: Items were marked for 3:00 pm discard time.
KDA_4_30212A - --A food thermometer is still not available on site.
KDA_4_60211E4 - --Suspect slime mold persists in the ice chutes of the fountain drink machine(particularly "right" side machine).
KDA_5_20315 - --The dual check valves with intermediate vents remain incorrectly installed upstream from the screens on both carbonators. A service call was placed and per the PIC the service provider will be responding within 4 hours.
