There was a plastic food grade container of shredded lettuce without a date. The PIC said she placed it in there on 11/6/15. There was a plastic food grade container of cut lettuce leaves without a date. The PIC said she placed it in there on 11/7/15. There was an open gallon of milk without a date. The PIC said she opened it on 11/7/15. COS-all items were date marked.
